· All online bookings need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

· Colchester Airport Taxis does not accept liability on any missed, delayed or cancelled flights.

· All bookings must either be paid for by credit card prior to the journey or the customer must pay the designated taxi driver before leaving the Colchester Borough.

· All single fares from airports to Colchester must be paid 24 hours in advance.

· When meeting in an airport it is the customer's responsibility to have their mobile phone on after landing to enable a stress free meet & greet service.

· It is the customer’s responsibility to call the driver once landed to arrange a meeting point – this minimises parking fees.

· Colchester Airport Taxis will schedule enough time to and from each airport, however customers can adjust times upon special request.

· Please note the bookings page is not confirmation of a booking. Colchester Airport Taxis will send a confirmation e-mail with any booking within 24 hours, followed by a telephone courtesy call.
